BizTimes Media held its annual M&F Forum April 3 at The Pfister in Milwaukee. Cynthia LaConte, CEO of The Dohmen Co., provided a keynote address on lessons learned from the company’s M&A experience. Expert panels discussed strategies for buying and selling businesses, followed by breakout discussions on maximizing company value, financing deals and avoiding deal killers.
