The Milwaukee chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) annual forecast breakfast will be held on Thursday, Jan. 14, from 7-9:30 a.m. at the Italian Conference Center, Milwaukee.
The keynote speaker will be Marquette University professor Mark Eppli, who is the Robert B. Bell Sr. Chair in Real Estate at MU.
The other speakers at the forecast breakfast will include: CB Richard Ellis senior vice president Steve Palec, who will discuss the office market, Continental Properties Co. Inc. senior vice president Steve Wagner, who will discuss the retail market, NAI MLG Commercial senior vice president Curt Pitzen, who will discuss the industrial market, and Mandel Group Inc. chief operating officer Bob Monnat, who will discuss the multi-family housing market.
