B.C. Ziegler and Company has announced it will be hiring nine new advisors in the Milwaukee market over the next three years.
The Chicago-based financial services firm offers investment banking and wealth management services. It has eight Wisconsin offices, including Mequon, Milwaukee, Sheboygan, Waukesha and West Bend.
Ziegler currently has 27 employees in the Milwaukee area, and will grow to 36 at the West Bend, Mequon and Waukesha offices, said Chris Zelesnick, senior managing director and head of wealth management for Ziegler. All three branches have moved to new locations in the past three years to afford the space.
“What has driven our growth so far this year is a void in the marketplace for advisors below $500,000 in annual revenues,” Zelesnick said.
The company is targeting companies with between $200,000 and $500,000 in annual revenues.
Ziegler has 19 locations nationwide and is actively searching for new hires, he said.
“It’s an initiative to hire in all of our locations,” Zelesnick said. “We’re looking for experienced financial advisors.”
