WHAT HAS FUELED YOUR COMPANY’S GROWTH? Outsourcing is no longer the sole means of achieving lower costs.  Companies are using outsourcing to improve service levels, hasten business process transformation and reengineering, while also lowering costs.  Outsourcing has allowed companies to concentrate on their core business and focus on revenue generating tasks.  Zeon is 100-percent customer focused, which is the source that drives company partnerships.  Our flexibility ensures that we tailor solutions based on customer need, which maximizes Return on Investment (ROI).

WHAT IS THE BIGGEST OBSTACLE TO YOUR COMPANY’S GROWTH? People.  The market for high quality IT professionals has been tightening.  In order to sustain the growth rates we have enjoyed thus far requires a fivefold increase in staff over the next three to five years.  Finding the right balance of talent, skills, and cultural fit will be our greatest challenge.

DO YOU PLAN ANY CHANGES IN YOUR COMPANY IN THE UPCOMING MONTHS? We are planning on upgrading our facilities to accommodate additional staff.  The new facilities will further aid communication, as well as ensure scalability for the next three to five years.  We are also planning on strengthening our product/service line.

WHO ARE THE BUSINESS PEOPLE, LOCALLY OR NATIONALLY, WHOM YOU ADMIRE? AND WHAT TRAITS DO THOSE PEOPLE EXHIBIT THAT MAKE YOU ADMIRE THEM? Frank Jaehnert, CEO of Brady Corporation, is the business leader who I have admired for several years.  He was recently named Entrepreneur of the Year.  Frank has been able to inspire everyone at Brady to be successful over the past four to five years.  He has increased company revenue from $535 milllion+ to $1.5 billion.  His focus is on building talent and utilizing team members in order to succeed.

WHAT IS THE OUTLOOK FOR THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF YOUR INDUSTRY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS? The outlook is very promising.  Growth in the ITO industry is expected to remain in the high double digits for the next two to three years, fueled by companies utilizing outsourcing as part of their overall strategy to support rapid organizational business transformations.  Electronic commerce continues to grow as more and more people adopt the internet as a viable means of performing transactions. Interactive or online advertising spending is also increasing significantly, which is a further boost to Zeon’s eCommerce and eBusiness portfolios.
