Finding people. As a service based business, we succeed and fail based on the people we have in our organization. Finding top quality individuals who can help take us to the next level is becoming more and more difficult in the marketplace.

The biggest changes we see in our business in the upcoming months are the expansion of our product set and our offices.
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?
I admire the innovators who are able to dramatically change the way consumers think about products or services. Steven Jobs is an innovator in the world of software, consumer electronics and even movie making. In my generation, he is the standard for product innovation.
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?
The outlook of Zeon Solutions is dependent upon the eCommerce / online sales and the software industry. It is stated in many industry publications that eCommerce sales will experience double digit percentage growth in the coming years.
What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?
As the economy continues to make progress, Zeon Solutions will continue to provide cost effective software solutions to our eCommerce clients worldwide. As the eCommerce market continues to exponentially grow, Zeon will continue to develop “Best in Breed” solutions through our partnered platforms. Zeon internally has a large focus on retaining our current employees as well as recruiting new talent. We plan to place the majority of our effort on employee development programs and an aggressive performance management process to prevent turnover of our talented people. Our tactical focus will be on our benefits, value proposition, career development opportunities, and offering competitive compensation packages.
