Wisconsin Oven Corp. to expand in East Troy

Organizations:

Wisconsin Oven Corp., celebrating its 40 year anniversary, announced record shipments, record growth and plans for a new 29,000-square-foot addition to its plant in East Troy.

The East Troy Village Board has granted approval for the company to proceed with the expansion of its Young Street facility.

Henry Kubicki, the late founder of the company, developed a business model in which the employees and management purchased shares and upon his passing the company became employee owned. Since 2003, Wisconsin Oven has overcome former shareholder debt and accomplished record growth. In 10 years, the company has doubled its revenue and shipments.
Wisconsin Oven plans to have the expansion complete and ready for manufacturing by April 2014.

With the expansion, the company will hire 20 to 30 new employees.
