Several manufacturers were included in the nine Wisconsin companies that won the annual Business Friend of the Environment Awards for leadership in pollution prevention, environmental innovation, or stewardship from the Wisconsin Environmental Group, an affiliate of Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce.
“Every day, Wisconsin businesses go above and beyond the regulatory requirements of state and federal government to keep our environment clean and safe,” said Scott Manley, director of Wisconsin Environmental Working Group. “The winners are setting the standards for environmental innovation and stewardship to protect our communities.”
