What has fueled your company’s growth? Wireless has seen rapid growth in the smart phone and text/quick messaging device segment. We’re also making gains in new customer additions as more consumers are “cutting the cord” and replacing the home phone with a wireless device. 2008 benefited from the launch of AT&T’s new U-Verse product as an alternative to cable for TV and internet services. We have seen an increase in features and applications related to the Smart Phones and Quick Messaging devices. Wireless Logic’s growth has also been fueled by strategic purchases of smaller AT&T agents and expansion into underserved markets.

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?

Channel conflict within AT&T’s distribution, such as AT&Tcompany-owned stores, the internet and national retailers like Best Buy and Wal-Mart that carry exclusive products unavailable in our channel.

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?

For the remainder of 2009 we will make some slight modifications to our metrics to prepare for the holiday season in our stores. We are also in the process of expanding our business sales team to provide greater scalability and market penetration.

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?

Richard Meeusen of Badger Meter. He speaks direct and gets it done. Mr. Meeusen has a vision to make our region the water technology hub and is executing it, growing his business and bringing awareness to his objective.

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?

Postive, consumer confidence indicaters tell us the 2009 holiday season is promising compared to 2008.

What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?

We will continue to expand, by adding new stores and through acquisitions of existing locations. We will also continue our mission of creating the standard for wireless retail and business solutions. As a result, we will be well poised with strategically placed locations to serve consumers and businesses alike with best in class service.

Congratulations from the strategic partners behind Wireless Logic, Inc.
