Despite the looming uncertainty surrounding the Affordable Care Act and other aspects of health care reform, employers and employees are still faced with difficult decisions on how to deal with rising health care costs.

Now, more than ever, businesses must search for ways to reduce the costs of their health insurance programs while still maintaining and supporting their workforces. As deductibles inevitably go up and more costs shift to employees they have become more engaged in their wellness options.

To help individuals connect with health care providers, insurers and other firms providing services to promote workplace wellness, decrease health costs and improve the overall health for their employees, BizTimes Milwaukee presents the 2013 Wellness Directory.
