WHAT HAS FUELED YOUR GROWTH? Over the past two years, we have developed several core programs in our operations which allow us to manage and provide a higher level of transportation services to our clients. Our core programs developed with our transportation partners ensure our clients have the equipment necessary to move their shipments, with whatever mode is required, when they needed it.

DO YOU PLAN ANY CHANGES IN YOUR COMPANY IN THE UPCOMING MONTHS? Yes, we will be adding sales people and transportation brokers. In addition, we are working to expand the consulting and freight/ traffic management sectors of our business.

WHO ARE THE BUSINESS PEOPLE, LOCALLY OR NATIONALLY, WHO YOU ADMIRE? AND WHAT TRAITS DO THOSE PEOPLE EXHIBIT THAT MAKE YOU ADMIRE THEM? Michael Dell is a business person that I admire. When I think of an entuerpeur, I think of Mr. Dell. The traits that I admire are his ability to think outside of the box, not to be a follower in a mature market, willing to listen and learn from others. Dell Computer continues to be leader in a market that was deemed mature at the time he entered it.

WHAT IS THE OUTLOOK FOR THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF YOUR INDUSTRY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS? The trucking industry has experienced a shortage of drivers, which has resulted in fewer pieces of equipment available. In addition, fuel prices continue to rise, which has forced trucking companies to increase their fuel surcharges. As we approach the fourth quarter, we can expect those shortages and price increases to have a significant impact on both shippers and transportation providers.
