Commercial Property Associates brokers Ross Koepsel and Tom Treder were recently promoted to partners of the Milwaukee-based retail real estate brokerage firm.
The firm has eight brokers and does retail real estate deals throughout Wisconsin.
Koepsel has been a retail broker with Commercial Property Associates since 2002, when he graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Treder has been a retail broker with Commercial Property Associates since 2007. Prior to that he was a vice president with NAI MLG Commercial from 1998-2006. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and an emphasis in commercial real estate.
