WHAT HAS FUELED YOUR COMPANY’S GROWTH? The key elements that have fueled our company’s growth are dedicated service, competitive pricing and customer satisfaction.  We continually work with our customers to establish open lines of communication, and our deeply rooted construction backgrounds allow us to provide continuous attention to detail. Also our strong desire to succeed as owners of our own business, a true commitment to customer service at all levels of the organization, strategic hires, the support of our business friends and the relationships we have maintained with them over many years along with our passion for construction.

WHAT IS THE BIGGEST OBSTACLE TO YOUR COMPANY’S GROWTH? The biggest obstacle is, as we grow and expand, staying true to the core values that have got us here, while allowing for change and adding new business components to the mix. We are continually trying to leverage our talents and staff members’ strengths to their fullest potential.

DO YOU PLAN ANY CHANGES IN YOUR COMPANY IN THE UPCOMING MONTHS? Further defining our target markets and making enhancements in the ways that we reach them.  We have an impressive, growing array of recently completed projects that we are excited to showcase.  We plan to expand our marketing and sales department by  adding a marketing manager and some administrative support. We are also going to organize our business development efforts so we are managing client relationships at the highest levels and most effective ways. We will also be working on ways to help potential clients to better understand our brand.

WHO ARE THE BUSINESS PEOPLE, LOCALLY OR NATIONALLY, WHOM YOU ADMIRE? AND WHAT TRAITS DO THOSE PEOPLE EXHIBIT THAT MAKE YOU ADMIRE THEM?  N/A

WHAT IS THE OUTLOOK FOR THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF YOUR INDUSTRY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS? While the building industry in general has softened, we have had a solid year and consistent growth, and are expecting another great year as our reputation is further established.  Although it is hard to predict the market, we are in a good position to adapt to the growth in the industry that we anticipate will develop in the next 12 to 24 months.

Congratulations from these strategic parnters:
