The top-floor condominium at the Riverfront Lofts in downtown Milwaukee has sold for $1.55 million, according to state records
The condo was listed for sale at just under $1.6 million. The roughly 6,100-square-foot double penthouse condo has five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It also features 13-foot ceilings, a private guest suite and multiple outdoor spaces, including a large rooftop balcony that wraps around the two units. It was initially listed in early July.
According to city records, the two condo units are assessed at roughly $1.6 million combined.
Riverfront Lofts is located at 730 N. Plankinton Ave.
The condo was sold by previous owners Rex and Carolynn Runzheimer. The buyer is Wesley D. Matthews IV of Verona.
According to his LinkedIn page, Rex Runzheimer is chairman and chief executive officer of Runzheimer International Ltd. The Waterford-based employee mobility solutions company was acquired early last year by San Francisco-based private equity firm Thoma Bravo, and its services were combined with the vehicle management platform of Boston-based Motus LLC. Craig Powell, CEO of Motus, was appointed CEO of the combined firm.
