“The Cure for Corporate Stupidity”

In his new book, “The Cure for Corporate Stupidity,” author Larry Bloom argues that many problems in today’s business world are caused by “mind bugs,” similar to software bugs, that occur within a business leader’s thought process.

The book is organized into three main sections including: understanding mind bugs for what they are, identifying mind bugs and, lastly, avoiding them. Bloom, former chief executive officer of BioLab Inc., explains that detecting and avoiding mind bugs is a low-risk, low-cost, easy-to-implement way to go about what we already do.

The book is designed to help leaders practice mind bug detection in daily routines and help them improve decision making, achieve better company results, improve teamwork, grow careers and reduce stress.
