What is your core philosophy for doing business? “Create a product that you and your customers love and believe in. Create quality work and quality relationships with your customers. Never stop learning from everyone around you.”

Who is your role model and why? “My father. He has always encouraged me in whatever I do and is great to bounce ideas off of.”

What was the funniest thing that has ever happened to you? “In the summers if I am outside a lot I get very dark. I have had a few experiences when people approach me and start speaking Spanish to me. I know how to say hello, goodbye, and where’s the bathroom.”
