Symmetry believes in retaining its internal talent. Therefore, the company must continually evaluate real opportunities or whether businesses’ initiatives will be on hold for some time, in order to staff appropriately without losing leading technical experts and thought leaders. It’s a balancing act that Symmetry has come to recognize and examine effectively.”

    Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?: “Symmetry plans to continue down its growth path. The company is projected to double in size within the next year, due to emerging opportunities and expanding client demands. To meet its growth objective, Symmetry has already brought on new resources and an additional state-of-the art data center located at an industry standard southeastern Wisconsin safe zone.”

    What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?: “As a major player in the SAP arena, Symmetry continues to stay abreast of the latest innovations and technical certifications entering the industry. SAP HANA is one of the latest applications changing the business landscape. The in-memory database is the driving force for operations of all sizes and verticals, introducing real-time, predictive analytics and business agility never before possible. Symmetry’s expert consultants have become some of the first SAP HANA certified associates in the nation. The company sees this as an opportunity now, in the coming months and for years ahead.”
