What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? I walk 3-5 miles everyday and lift some weights.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? I am allowed to do the things now at my age that I did when I was much younger. I see no difference in my stamina level.

How does personal fitness affect your work life? Personal fitness allows me to work the 10-12 hour days that go with being in retail business.

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? Keeps employees healthy with less sick days. A better outlook to customers as well as fellow employees

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? Go for it.
