Suburban Milwaukee industrial buildings sold for $15.9 million

Westminster Capital, a Lake Forest, Ill.,-based real estate investment firm has sold two of its industrial buildings in suburban Milwaukee totaling 223,200 square feet for $15.9 million.

Becknell Industrial, a Lyons, Ill.-based vertically integrated real estate firm purchased the buildings.

At the time of closing, the buildings, located at 4410 North 132nd St. in Butler and 4700 West Ironwood Drive in Franklin, were 100 percent leased.

Westminster Capital, was represented by Steven Buss, Judd Welliver and Eric Rapp of CBRE Milwaukee Institutional Properties.
