Jim Jaggar recently opened Trophy Room Taxidermy at 6870 Old Highway 18 in Stevens Point.
Jaggar, 52, had previously run a business in the area by the same name back in 1988-89, but it closed down after the building he operated out of was sold. As part of the re-opening, Jaggar built a 1,000-square-foot building for the business.
