The Wisconsin Safety Council and the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development are now accepting applications for the 2013 Corporate Safety Awards. The awards, which are in their 20th year, honor Wisconsin businesses that lead the way in safety and health achievement.
Categories include both size and type of organization, and 17 grand awards are given.

Phase I of the selection process is an analysis of statistical incidence rates over the past three years. The deadline is Jan. 24.
In Phase II, the finalists are evaluated based on subjective answers to questions about workplace safety and health. The deadline for this phase is Feb. 28.
