What has fueled your company’s growth? We have continually added services and products to meet the ever-changing and growing needs of our clients; hired an extememly talented staff to support these services and products; and created a great marketing plan to ensure continuous improvement.
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
The economy would be the easy answer, however I really feel that overall the biggest obstacle we face is staying focused on planning for the future.
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?
We have formally introduced a “Facilities Maintenance Program” to help clients maintain and update their interiors/office furnishings by re-using their existing products. This program has many different options that are evironmentally friendly and economical.
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?
I would say Mark Attanasio, the owner of the Milwaukee Brewers. He is a very bright business man who has been able to live his dream by purchasing a Major League baseball team. He has turned the Brewers and Miller Park into a top venue in major league sports, which has had a very positive impact on the city of Milwaukee.
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?
To be quite honest, it is very hard to tell at this point. There are many industries that have cut back on capital spending, however there are still a number of industries who are willing to invest money to create environments to support their most valuable assets – their employees.
What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?
We are staying aggressive in the market, adressing the needs of our clients by supplying economical options and continuing to have a strong presence in community organizations and networking events.
