A new 135,000-square-foot Sam’s Club store and a member’s only gas station is planned for a 19-acre vacant site northeast of West Bradley Road and North 124th Street on the far northwest side of Milwaukee. The site is next to Dretzka Park.

The proposed store would replace the Sam’s Club store at 7701 W. Calumet Road in Milwaukee. The new store location is three miles west of the existing store location.
