  • AutoZone Development Corp. purchased 2.53 acres at 4227 W. Orchard St., Milwaukee, and 1552 Miller Parkway, West Milwaukee, from Hometown Inc. for $1.45 million. Auto Zone will build a 20,000-square-foot store on the site. AutoZone has 4,600 store locations.
