  • D&G Transportation purchased a 9.56-acre site at the southeast corner of Freistadt Road and Maple Road in the Germantown Industrial Park from Northland Development 101 LLC. D&G plans to build a 50,000 to 75,000-square-foot distribution facility on the site.

  • Elkokleen purchased a 12,000-square-foot industrial property at N798 Swamp Road in the Town of Linn.

  • Guidance Inc. purchased 2,700 square feet of space at 6644-48 W. Fairview Ave., Milwaukee, from Midwest Bleachers Inc.
