  • Mayfair Business Center LLC purchased the 27,300-square-foot building at 10701 W. North Ave., Wauwatosa, from Harold D. Halberg for $1.075 million.

  • Menomonee Falls Elderly LLC purchased the 11,470-square-foot building at W180 N8214 Town Hall Road, Menomonee Falls, from Community Memorial Hospital of Menomonee Falls Inc. for $600,000. 

NAI MLG Commercial

  • FJF Investmens I LLC purchased a 33,400-square-foot building at 2100 S. 116th St., West Allis, from Rose Investments LP.
