Du Well Grinding recently moved to a 20,000-square-foot facility in Menomonee Falls. Lomeli Auto leased the Greenfield Avenue building.

• Randolph Industries LLC purchased a 15,660-square-foot industrial building at 705 Schoenhaar Dr., West Bend, from Harlan J. Gruber.

• The Wisconsin Department of Transportation purchased 14 acres at I-94 and Highway K in the Town of Raymond from Andrew M. Noll Omega Investments Inc. for $261,900.
