- TechniBlend buys Waukesha building for $600,000
TechniBlend Inc. recently purchased a 10,065-square-foot industrial building at N8 W22275 Johnson Dr., Waukesha, from Patio Enclosures Inc. for $600,000. TechniBlend manufactures engineered process systems and solutions for the food & beverage, consumer products, health care and chemical industries. TechniBlend was represented by Jon Packee and Stephen Provancher of NAI MLG Commercial and Patio Enclosures was represented by Adam Matson and John Henderson in brokering the sale.
- Wonder-Turner LLC purchased 3,000 square feet of space at 2711 S. Calhoun Road, New Berlin, from Bruesewitz & Associates.
