Rockwell Automation expands supply chain services with acquisition

Milwaukee-based Rockwell Automation Inc. said Monday it had acquired Texas-based AVATA, a provider of supply chain management, enterprise resource planning and enterprise performance management solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
