RJ Schinner buys Menomonee Falls building for $5 million

RJ Schinner Co., a paper and plastics products distribution company, recently purchased a 160,000-square-foot industrial building at N89 W14700 Patrita Dr., Menomonee Falls, from Maysteel LLC for $5 million, or about $31.25 per square foot. RJ Schinner will move its operations to the building from New Berlin, where it recently sold a 35,000-square-foot building at 16950 W. Lincoln Ave., New Berlin, to OLPH LLC and the neighboring 42,000-square-foot building at 2240 S. 170th St. to Wochinske Investment Company LLC.

Maysteel plans to remain in a small portion of the Menomonee Falls building on a short-term basis.
