Construction began recently for a $4.5 million, 31-unit townhouse project, being built by developers Tim Gokhman and Ann Shuk, in Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood.
The four-building complex is being constructed on a one-acre site at 2650 N. Humboldt Blvd. Residents will start moving into the units this fall, Gokhman said. Each of the townhomes will have two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, about 1,500 square feet of total space, a garden area, a private garage and a private entrance. The townhomes will have high quality finishes and the project is located along the Oak Leaf Trail. They will be rented for $1,700 to $1,800 a month.
