A one-acre site with a pair of retail buildings located near Bayshore Town Center in Glendale was sold recently for $6.2 million, according to state records.
The property is located at 635-95 Silver Spring Dr., at the southwest corner of North Port Washington Road and Silver Spring and kitty corner from Bayshore Town Center. The tenants in the two retail buildings on the site are Jos. A. Bank, Pearle Vision, Panera Bread and a Sprint Store.
Cardiff, Calif.-based HW Valencia Village LLC bought the property from an affiliate of Northbrook, Ill.-based Repak Real Estate Development, according to state records. Representatives for HW Valencia and Repak could not be reached for comment.
The property has an assessed value of $4.235 million, according to Milwaukee County records.
