Three executives become minority shareholders of Riley Construction
Matt Prince
, Pete Sinsky and Mark Presterl have become minority shareholders of Kenosha-based Riley Construction Company. They are the first non-family shareholders in the company’s 45-year history.

Prince is the company’s vice president of operations. Sinsky is the company’s chief financial officer. Presterl is a vice president and senior project manager for the company.

“Riley’s employee-owners share a culture in which people work together around the company’s core values of humility, integrity, flexibility and initiative. This culture encourages everyone to work together for a personal investment in job performance and satisfaction,” said company president Dave Riley. “Shared ownership encourages a sustainable growth strategy that builds long-term value and helps us attract and retain top-notch technical people to meet clients’ needs. This new ownership structure provides a stable organizational framework for continued growth and rewards employees by making them true partners in Riley’s success.”
