Bratzke promoted director of project management for Opus
The Milwaukee office of Opus Development Corp. recently promoted Matthew Bratzke to director of project management. He will be responsible for management of all design and construction projects done by the Milwaukee office. Additionally, he will be involved in marketing and sales of design-build services, contract negotiations, and overall client satisfaction. Previously, Bratzke held the position of senior project manager with Opus. “Matt provides tremendous value for our clients with his unique insights, effective leadership and proven ability to complete projects on-time, on-budget and with extremely satisfied clients,” said Julie Ledger, vice president/general manager for Opus Development Corp. “We look forward to him taking on a bigger role within the organization and impacting more clients with his talents. We feel very fortunate to have him as a key member of our management team.” Bratzke joined Opus in 1998.

Milwaukee-based Eppstein Uhen Architects recently hired Julie Kent as a senior health care planner. “We have had the opportunity to work with Julie over the last few years and her skills in developing innovative operational processes for health care organizations are the best that I have encountered,” Eppstein Uhen principal Kristin Dufek.

Pewaukee-based VJS Construction Services recently hired Jeff Marshall as an IT manager.
