The Wisconsin office of Liberty Property Trust, a Malvern, Pa.-based real estate investment trust (REIT), recently received two awards for sustainable development projects. The 552,000-square-foot JohnsonDiversey distribution center in Sturtevant received a Green Development Award from the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). The 245 Plaza office building in Brookfield received a Sustainable Energy and Efficiency Leadership Award, an awards program created by professional organizations and the energy efficiency program in Wisconsin.

Brookfield-based Shorewest Realtors announced that it has been chosen to market The Residences at HarborPlace in Downtown Kenosha. The Shorewest HarborPlace team includes Realtors Jana Maegaard, Jane Nelson, Rick Burnett, Mike Zoerner and Pete O’Connor. HarborPlace offers upscale and urban residential, retail and office space. The Residences of HarborPlace offers a variety of home designs, townhouse, urban loft and marina view homes. Condominiums start at $349,000. "We are pleased to present this dynamic living environment to area homebuyers," said Maegaard.
