APJ Silvernail LLP plans to build a 5,300-square-foot two-tenant commercial building on a vacant site sout of Silvernail Road and east of Grandview Boulevard in Waukesha.
Saint John’s On The Lake, 1800 N. Prospect Ave., Milwaukee, will host a grand opening celebration on Thursday, Sept. 15, from 5-6:30 p.m., for its 21-story tower addition.

The Milwaukee RiverWalk District will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the downtown RiverWalk with an event that begins at 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 16, at Schlitz Park, 1555 N. River Center Dr., Milwaukee.
Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon will dedicate its new, $12 million School of Pharmacy building on Friday, Sept. 16. The event will include an open house from 2-4:30 p.m., which is open to the public, followed by a dinner and reception.
The Hampton Inn hotel at 1200 W. College Ave. will hold a grand re-opening event on Thursday, Sept. 29, from 5-8 p.m., to show off the $750,000 remodeling project that was completed earlier this year. The project included new carpeting throughout the building, a new fitness center, an expanded and re-built lobby and some guestroom improvements. Plans are in the works for an exterior remodeling next year, said hotel general manager David Noel.
