Irgens purchases Madison office building, plans upgrades
Wauwatosa-based Irgens Development Partners recently purchased the 51,000-square-foot Park West I office building at 406 Science Dr. in the University Research Park in Madison. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Irgens said it plans to make “a substantial capital investment into the building.” Deferred maintenance items will be addressed and some of the building’s mechanical components will be replaced, the company said. According to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal, the building had been owned by Missner Development Corp., a Skokie, Ill., real estate group, but went into foreclosure last fall and was bought at a sheriff’s sale by Wells Fargo, which then sold it to Irgens.
Real estate professionals launch Firefly Real Estate

Brown & Martin moves to new offices
Brown & Martin Inc. has moved to larger facilities in Waukesha at 1900 Airport Road, Suite B. “Our new location provides a configuration that is more suitable and will allow us to easily expand in the future,” said Dale Brown, president of the firm. “Plus the facility is a ‘smart building’ and offers technical advantages for our growing programming, website, SEO (search engine optimization) and social media business.” The company is in the process of filling two new interactive design and development (Flash) positions.
