Dutchland Plastics sells Oostburg industrial building for $1.1 million
Cedar Grove Warehousing Oostburg LLC recently purchased a 141,140-square-foot industrial building at 1026 South Ave., Oostburg, from Dutchland Plastics Corp. for $1.1 million, according to state records. The building was built in 1968 on a 6-acre site. The building was formerly Dutchland Plastics’ west plant. In 2010 the company, a custom manufacturer of rotational and blow molded plastic products, announced that it was consolidating its two facilities into its 160,000-square-foot east plant. All of the employees that worked in the west plant were transferred to the east plant.

Racine industrial building sold for $1.1 million
Milwaukee-based Industrial Group Inc. recently purchased a 100,454-square-foot industrial building at 5626 21st St., Racine, from Racine-based Racine-Durand LLC for $1.1 million, according to state records.

Bear buys Cudahy senior apartment complex for $1.67 million
76th Street Kenosha LLC, an affiliate of Kenosha-based Bear Property Management Inc., recently purchased the 49-unit Cottonwood Trails Senior Apartments at 4600 S. Nicholson Ave., Cudahy, from Cudahy Senior Housing LLC, an affiliate of Madison-based Horizon Development Group Inc., for $1.67 million, according to state records.

Lasertag Adventure to expand in Waukesha
Lasertag Adventure, located at 1814 Dolphin Dr. in Waukesha, will add a 16,539 square foot expansion, which will open on Dec. 20. In addition to the entertainment complex’s current arcade and laser tag offerings, the expansion will provide space for trampoline dodgeball. Other attractions added with the expansion will include mini-bowling and Atomic Rush.
