Wauwatosa retail building sold for $6 million
The Stratford Plaza building, a 25,725-square-foot multi-tenant retail building located at 12132 Capitol Dr. in Wauwatosa was sold recently for $6 million, according to state records.
The property was sold by Northbrook, Ill.-based Repak Real Estate Development to Los Angeles-based Capital Drive Holdings LLC. The building is located in front of a Home Depot store and is 95 percent occupied, according to LoopNet. Its tenants include: Advanced Auto Parts, Noodles & Company, The Barbershop, Accelerated Physical Therapy, Sherwin-Williams, Golf Tec, GNC, Verizon Wireless, and Toppers Pizza.

U.S. Bank to relocate Sussex branch
U.S. Bank announced today that it plans to relocate its Sussex office to the corner of Highway 164 and Main Street in Sussex. It will be the first free-standing branch that U.S. Bank has opened in the Milwaukee area in two years, when it opened a new branch in Grafton and relocated its Oconomowoc location.
9-acre site in Kenosha sold
AIG Properties Ltd. recently purchased a 9.3-acre site on 80th Street in Kenosha for $2.04 million from Tirabassi Investments LLP. An executive with AIG could not be reached for comment.
