Tenants revealed for Pleasant Prairie retail development
U.S. Cellular, Heartland Dental Care and Bateries Plus Bulbs will occupy a 9,000,-square-foot retail building that Milwaukee-based Evo Developmet plans to build at 10288 77th St in Pleasant Prairie. The building is 100 percent pre-leased. Construction is expected to begin this fall. The building will be the newest addition to the 9.5-acre Prairie Ridge West development located at the southwest corner of Highway 50 and 104th Avenue.African

African American Chamber moves office downtown
The African American Chamber of Commerce leased a 1,282-square-foot office space at 633 W. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee from Zilber Property Group. The African American Chamber was previously located at 6203 W. Capitol Dr., Milwaukee. Michael Kleber of Zilber Property Group brokered the deal for the African American Chamber.

Froedtert exec buys $2.1 million Lake Drive home
Scott Hawig, senior vice president of finance, chief financial officer and treasurer for Froedtert Health, recently purchased a home at 5200 N. Lake Dr., Whitefish Bay, from Benjamin Waisbren for $2.1 million, according to state records.

Mandel Group does soil borings at Prospect and Ogden
Multifamily housing development firm Mandel Group Inc. has been doing some soil borings to examine the soil conditions of a vacant lot that it owns at Prospect and Ogden avenues on Milwaukee’s East Side. The company has owned the site for several years and is in the early stages of contemplating development plans there, said chief operating officer Robert Monnat. “There’s nothing imminent at the moment,” he said. The site is perched on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. Mandel Group will probably build a high rise there, eventually, Monnat said.
