St. Vincent de Paul to occupy part of former Greenfield Walmart
St. Vincent de Paul Society of Milwaukee plans to open a thrift store in a 35,000-square-foot space in the former Walmart building at 4500 S. 108th St. in Greenfield. The building is also occupied by The Ridge Community Church.
Healthworks Wellness Center to move to Sendik’s Towne Centre
Sendik’s Towne Centre in Brookfield announced that Healthworks Wellness Center will move into a 3,600-square-foot place in the complex at 19035 W. Capitol Dr. Healthworks is a multidisciplinary medical clinic offering health care through a variety of services including rheumatology, chiropractic, physical therapy, neuropathy, weight loss assistance, free spinal exams and more.
Brew City Gardens to open on Vliet Street
Brew City Gardens will open on Feb. 21 at 4307 W. Vliet in Milwaukee’s Martin Drive neighborhood. The store will sell a range of urban gardening and composting supplies via their brick-and-mortar shop, in addition to vending via an online store at BrewCityGardens.com. The store is committed to sustainable gardening practices and will offer organic and non genetically modified (nonGMO) seed packets for small-scale gardeners in addition to products and education about composting and soil building.
