Irgens breaks ground for medical office building in Illinois
Wauwatosa-based real estate development firm Irgens announced the groundbreaking for construction of Mokena Medical Commons in Mokena, Ill. The single-story, 32,300 square foot, multi-tenant facility will be anchored by Women’s Healthcare of Illinois,  which will occupy 15,000 square feet in the project. The remaining 17,300 square feet will be available for a complimentary medical office user in the facility. The facility will be located west of U.S. Highway 45 and 1.5 miles from the I-80/LaGrange Road interchange. The project is expected to be complete in September. Project team members include Emerald Isle Investment Partners LLC, Kahler Slater Architects, Morgan Harbor Construction and Marine Bank.

Siegel-Gallagher takes over management of south shore condo tower
Siegel-Gallagher Management Company announced that it is now providing property management and building maintenance services to Bay View Terrace Condominiums. The 25-story building, located at 2525 S. Shore Dr. in the City of Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood, was built in the mid-1960s and has 148 units. “Bay View Terrace has always represented premium lakeshore living,” said Reggie Belanger, SGMC senior vice president, residential. “Siegel-Gallagher’s personalized management style and proactive approach, led by Kris Ruka, and wealth of professional experience in condominium management will enhance that reputation for years to come.”

Mortsenson Construction honored by state Hispanic Chamber
The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin recently honored Mortenson Construction with the 2013 Bravo Leadership award at the 24th Annual HCCW Business Awards Gala. The award celebrates the growing partnership between the two – a partnership focused on creating additional opportunities for HCCW-members to enhance the Milwaukee community and overall economy.
