NAIOP WI, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance host Lake Michigan: A WATERfall of Opportunity, Thursday, March 22, 2012, 7:15-9:00 am, Discovery World at Pier Wisconsin. Registration required.

Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Women (WCREW) and WI Chapter of American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) will co-host a breakfast event on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 from 7:30 to 9:30 am. The event will be held at the Milwaukee Athletic Club located at 758 N. Broadway, Milwaukee. The event features a panel discussion with Nancy O’Keefe, Executive Director of the Historic Third Ward, Dave Misky, Assistant Executive Secretary of the Redevelopment Authority for the City of Milwaukee, Ursula Twombly, co-founder and principal of Continuum Architects, and Ron Giguere, President of the Historic Mitchell Street Business Improvement District The focus of discussion will be on redevelopment plans and projections of the Third Ward, Bay View, Walker’s Point and Mitchell Street neighborhoods. The event is open to all Real Estate Professionals. Cost is $30 for members of WCREW and ASID and $45 for non-members. A breakfast buffet will be served. Pre-registration is required.
