A joint venture formed by West Development owner Brett West and Wahlgren-Schwenn owner Kevin Wahlgren recently purchased a 1.8-acre site, owned by Wahlgren, on the east side of South 103rd Street, between West Oklahoma Avenue and West Beloit Road, in Greenfield. NAI MLG Commercial brokers Tim Brunow and Stephen Provancher brokered the sale of the property. West and Wahlgren plan to build a 13,340-square-foot office building on the site, which will be called the Greenfield Professional Building. Construction will begin soon and is expected to be completed in November. KOA Orthopedics will occupy 7,735 square feet in the building and Medical Arts Resources will occupy 1,295 square feet of space. About 4,300 square feet of space is still available. Brunow and NAI MLG broker Steffi Krolikowski are marketing the space for lease. Schwenn also owns a 2.15-acre site to the north, which is available for sale or for lease to future tenants. Preliminary plans call for a 17,850-square-foot building to be constructed on that site.
