Winona, Minn.-based United Building Centers plans to close its ProBuild operation at 3650 Highway P in the Town of Jackson by the end of the year, the company said in a notification to the state Department of Workforce Development. The company said 37 employees will lose their jobs when the facility closes. ProBuild is a supplier of building materials for contractors. United Building Centers has 21 other ProBuild locations in Wisconsin, including locations in Racine and Sheboygan.
