Price Engineering acquires Fox Valley Fluid Power

Continues expansion into Appleton area

Hartland-based Price Engineering Company has acquired the assets of Fox Valley Fluid Power based in Kaukauna.

Price, a provider of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, components and service, announced the deal Tuesday. Terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed. In addition to its Hartland offices, Price has field service and repair facilities in Hartland, Oak Creek and Appleton.

“The acquisition enables Price to continue to expand our footprint in the Fox Valley area.” said Tom Price, president of Price Engineering. “Fox Valley Fluid Power strengthens our technical capabilities in hydraulic repair and service, as well as adds support to our Appleton Hose Center which opened in 2015.”

Craig Prosser, owner of Fox Valley Fluid Power, said that becoming a part of Price would give customers added support, services and programs available from Price.
