The City of Milwaukee’s 168th Birthday Party will celebrate “6 Degrees of Milwaukee: Connected for 168 Years.”

The Milwaukee City Birthday Party will take place on Thursday, Jan. 30, in the Grain Exchange room in the Mackie Building at 225 E. Michigan St. in downtown Milwaukee, from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
In honor of the theme “6 Degrees of Milwaukee,” the Press Club will recognize some of Milwaukee’s most well-connected citizens.
The club is asking: Who do you tell all your new contacts they should meet? Who is always a mutual friend on Facebook? Who do you see every time you attend an event? Nominate those friends and colleagues for their places in the “Milwaukee 6 Pack – the top six people you should know in Milwaukee.”
