Poll: How Wisconsinites view reform legislation, Medicaid expansion

The latest Marquette Law School Poll was released on Tuesday, shedding light on Wisconsinite’s views on health care reform and the state’s implementation of the law.

 
48 percent hold an “unfavorable view” of health care reform legislation, and 42 percent said they favor the law.

56 percent oppose the decision by Gov. Walker and the Republican-controlled state legislature to reject optional Medicaid expansion up to 133 percent of the federal poverty level through federal health care reform, while 36 percent favor rejecting the federal funds.
