Pleasant Prairie shopping center sold for $10.8 million

Strip mall located near I-94 assessed at $10.25 million

The Prairie Ridge Commons shopping center in Pleasant Prairie has been sold for $10.8 million, according to state records.

The strip retail center is located at the southeast corner of 75th Street and 99th Avenue, about a mile east of where 75th Street (state Highway 50) meets Interstate 94. The buyer is Prairie Ridge USA LLC, which lists an address in Coral Gables, Florida. Northbrook, Illinois-based Repak Pridge Partners LLC sold the property.

According to county records, the retail center consists of three commercial buildings. The two buildings on the eastern half of the site were constructed in 2007, each totaling roughly 8,800 square feet. A third building on the western end of the site was built in 2010, and totals 9,080 square feet.

It is located near other shops and restaurants such as Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, JCPenney, Cousins Subs, Milwaukee Burger Company and Olive Garden.

Altogether, the land and buildings have an assessed value of roughly $10.25 million.

The retail center is fully occupied, according to a listing on LoopNet. Tenants include AT&T, Aspen Dental, Cost Cutters, FedEx Office, Kay Jewelers, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Panda Express, Press Time Cleaners, Starbucks and Verizon.
