Major Pharmaceuticals LLC, a producer of injectable syrums, plans to build a 78,664-square-foot office building for research and development on a vacant 7.7-acre site southeast of Executive Drive and Commerce Street in the Mequon Business Park.
The cost of the two-story building is estimated at $10 million. The project is expected to be complete by the end of the year. The site has room for an additional building for future expansion.
About 50 employees are expected to work at the facility.
The Mequon Plan Commission will review the plans at its meeting tonight.
