Ben Pothast joined Cambridge Major Laboratories, Germantown, as chief financial officer. Pothast has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Most recently, Pothast served as vice president of planning and analysis for Ovation Pharmaceuticals, Deerfield, Ill.
Ira Marks, general manager of MiltenyiBiotec, Gladbach, Germany, joined the board of directors for Prodesse, Waukesha. Marks has more than 30 years of diagnostic and pharmaceutical experience.

Ryan McDonald joined the Milwaukee office of Gilbane Building, Providence, R.I., as an assistant project engineer for the Potawatomi Bingo Casino expansion project. McDonald holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Triad Construction, West Allis, hired Jeff Wagner as chief estimator; Amanda DeGrave in the marketing department; Pat Barry as superintendent; and promoted Rich Grasso to special projects manager. ProHealth Care Regional Cancer Center, Waukesha, hired Dr. Peter Johnson, Dr. Hendrikus Krouwer and Dr. Michael Thompson as staff oncologists. Prior to joining ProHealth Care, Johnson served as chief fellow of oncology and hematology for the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center at the University of Texas. Krouwer most recently served as director of the neuro-oncology program and a professor of neurology and neurosurgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa. Thompson previously served as a fellow in hematology and oncology at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
