James Bloomingdale joined MasterLink, Menomonee Falls, as product manager for Microsoft. Bloomingdale previously served as a senior systems engineer and technical trainer at Inacom Information Systems, Madison, and as a technical trainer and network consultant at Allied Computer Group, Milwaukee.

Lori Obluck joined The Arthritis Foundation, Wisconsin Chapter, West Allis, as health promotion director. Obluck has more than 20 years of experience working with non-profit organizations. She previously served as Midwest division patient services manager for the American Cancer Society, Atlanta.

Community Memorial Hospital, Menomonee Falls, hired Carolyn Salyards as a psychology fellow at the Center for Pain Rehabilitation and the Worker Assessment & Rehabilitation Center, Christine Bowman as therapy supervisor in inpatient rehabilitation and promoted Dale Anne Craven to director of volunteer services.

Hays Companies of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa, hired David Britt as executive vice president and James Hinkle and Jim Liebenstein as vice presidents. Britt previously served as managing director of the national accounts Midwest territory for St. Paul Travelers, St. Paul, Minn. Hinkle most recently served in the Milwaukee office of Marsh, N.Y. Liebenstein previously worked in the Milwaukee office of Hill, Rogal & Hobbs (HRH), Glen Allen, Va.

Port Washington State Bank, Port Washington, promoted Traci Frase to controller. Frase has been with the bank for more than eight years and most recently served as assistant controller. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UW-Milwaukee.

Diane Trevarrow Evans, principal with Restate, Fox Point, will serve as president of American Institute of Architects (AIA) Southeastern Wisconsin, Madison. John Holz, senior project designer for Plunkett Raysich Architects, Milwaukee, will serve as vice president and president-elect. Matthew Rinka, lead project designer and associate with Kahler Slater Architects, Milwaukee, will serve as secretary and treasurer.

Tom Patti joined the Waukesha office of HomeSale Realty, Wauwatosa, as a real estate agent. Patti most recently worked for Shorewest Realtors, Brookfield, for 11 years.

Von Briesen & Roper, Milwaukee, hired Thomas Gehl, James Green, Denise Shaw and Christopher Schreiber. Gehl will serve as shareholder, chair of the regulatory law section, chair of the Indian law section and a member of the business, international and real estate law sections. James Green will serve as shareholder in the business, international and litigation sections. Denise Shaw will serve as an associate in the litigation and risk management practice group. Christopher Schreiber will serve as an associate in the banking, bankruptcy and business restructuring practice group.

Colin Klos, vice president with MBA Architects, Holmen, will serve as president of American Institute of Architects (AIA) Wisconsin, Madison. Cheri Claussen, vice president, principle and regional officer with HGA, Milwaukee, will serve as immediate past president. Mark Rapant of Graef Anhalt Schloemer & Associates, Milwaukee, will serve as a director-at-large on the board of directors.

Randall Winkler of Disciplined Financial Services, Brookfield, will serve as chair of the Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors Club.

Marcelo N. Corpuz III joined Michael Best & Friedrich, Milwaukee, as a partner in the health care practice group. Corpuz holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and both a master’s degree in public health and a law degree from George Washington University.

The Brookfield office of M.A. Mortenson, Minneapolis, hired Gabe Fox as an estimator, Ben Anderson and Joe Bracken as field engineers and Timothy Williamson and Mark Tomsyck as project managers. Fox and Bracken both hold bachelors degrees in construction management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Anderson holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Colorado State University. Williamson holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from UW-Stout. Tomsyck holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Purdue University. 

MSI General Corp., Oconomowoc, hired Lynnette Riemer as an accounting clerk. Jodie Maki and Cynthia LeBlanc were hired as administrative assistants.

Steve Marszalkowski joined A.N. Ansay & Associates, Port Washington, as a commercial insurance sales consultant. Marszalkowski has 10 years of insurance sales and marketing experience and previously worked for Hilb, Rogal & Hobbs, Glen Allen, Va., and for Frank Haack & Associates, Milwaukee.

Bob Burger joined Bartelt Filo Design Build, Menomonee Falls, as vice president of sales and marketing. Burger has 35 years of business experience.

R.A. Smith & Associates, Brookfield, promoted Mike Steiner to project manager in the municipal services division. Steiner currently serves as the village consulting engineer for the villages of Pewaukee and Nashotah.

Core Creative, Milwaukee, hired Amy Schemenauer as director of health care marketing, Charles Springfield as senior account executive, Jennifer Anadell as an art director and Jeney Walter as a copywriter. Schemenauer has more than 15 years of health care public relations and marketing experience. Springfield previously worked for Caffeine Communication, Milwaukee. Anadell has more than four years of experience in the advertising industry. Walter previously worked for Charleston/Orwig, Hartland.

Kathryn Wellner joined Emerald Isle Marketing and Public Relations, New Berlin, as public relations manager. Wellner previously held public relations positions with Cramer-Krasselt, Milwaukee and Bottom Line Marketing & PR, Milwaukee.

Brian Pierson joined Godfrey & Kahn, Milwaukee, as leader of the firm’s Indian nation law team. Prior to joining the firm, Pierson chaired the Indian law practice at von Briesen & Roper, Milwaukee. He holds a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Community Bank & Trust, Sheboygan, promoted Glenn Stadler to president of the Glendale office and hired Stephanie Glowinski-Moeller as retail lending officer for the Greenfield office. Stadler joined Community Bank & Trust two years ago and has more than 19 years of lending experience. Glowinski-Moeller most recently served as senior loan originator for Community Mortgage Resources, a division of Community Bank & Trust. She has more than five years of mortgage financing experience.

Anna Burns joined Keller Inc., Milwaukee, as part of its project management team. Burns has nine years of project management experience. She holds a bachlelor’s degree in construction management and a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, both from MSOE.

Corinna Krauskopf joined Bader Rutter & Associates, Milwaukee, as an account executive. Prior to joining the agency, Krauskopf served as a marketing director for Equine Quality Alliance, Oldwick, N.J.

Debbie Lowery joined the Wisconsin Bakers Association (WBA), Milwaukee, as accounting and administrative coordinator. Lowery previously served as the assistant office manager for Allen D. Everitt Knitting, Milwaukee.

The Brookfield office of DeWitt Ross & Stevens, Madison, hired Lori Hickman and D. Alexander Martin. Hickman focuses her practice on family law and estate planning. Martin focuses his practice on bankruptcy and litigation.

Dr. Walter Shapiro joined The Village at Manor Park, West Allis. He will practice from the Olsen Medical Clinic. Shapiro previously held a private practice.

Jerry Kirt of Pyramax Bank, Milwaukee, will serve as president of the Financial Managers Society (FMS), Milwaukee. Niki Schaumberg of West Bend Savings Bank, West Bend, will serve as vice president; Jamie Delgadillo of Jefferson Wells International, Brookfield, will serve as treasurer; Chris Fenske of Virchow Krause & Co., Madison, will serve as secretary; and past president John Udvare of Sunset Bank and Savings, Waukesha, will serve as membership chair.

Keith Moses joined Great Wolf Resorts, Madison, as general manager of Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center, Sheboygan. Moses has nine years of experience in the hospitality industry and most recently served as general manager for the Radisson Annapolis Hotel, Annapolis, Md.

Jane Miles joined Beacon Health, Mequon, as vice president of products and services. Miles has more than 25 years of health care experience and most recently served as vice president of clinical operations for Capital Health Management Group, Charlotte, N.C.

Mitch Teich joined FM 89.7 WUWM-Milwaukee Public Radio, Milwaukee, as executive producer of the locally produced weekday magazine program, "At 10." Teich has more than 14 years of broadcasting experience and most recently served as news director for KNAU-Arizona Public Radio.

Bank Mutual, Milwaukee, hired David Gehringer as residential loan officer at its Brookfield office and Trent Willihnganz as commercial banker at its Green Bay office. Gehringer holds a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University. Willihnganz holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University.

Allen-Edmonds, Port Washington, hired Nilda Cintron-Cortez as human resources generalist, Erin McClary as assistant brand manager and promoted Simon Kramer to retail store operations manager. Cintron-Cortez holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science and Spanish from Mount Mary College. McClary holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University. Kramer joined Allen-Edmonds in 1995 and previously held positions as warehouse support, sales associate, assistant store manager, store manager and retail lead manager.

Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, Wheaton, Ill., promoted Wayne Frangesch to regional vice president of human resources for Covenant Healthcare System, Milwaukee. Frangesch joined the Wheaton System in 1996 and most recently served as regional vice president of human resources for Wheaton’s Iowa region.

Johnson Controls, Glendale, promoted Charles Harvey to vice president of diversity and public affairs and Brian Cooke as vice president of manufacturing and technology. Harvey joined Johnson Controls in 1991. Harvey will also serve as a corporate officer and will oversee the company’s BlueSky initiative and serve as president of the Johnson Controls Foundation. Prior to his promotion, Cooke served as vice president of development and engineering, marketing and industrial design.

Mary Stowe joined Brady Marketing Group, Menomonee Falls, as production designer and project manager. Stowe has more than 15 years of design experience and most recently served as senior graphic designer for the Milwaukee office of Deloitte & Touche, New York.

WISN-TV (Channel 12), Milwaukee, hired Lyra O’Brien as weekend morning meteorologist and Karin Hirschey to the morning news reporting staff. O’Brien most recently served as a meteorologist for KMOV-TV, St. Louis. Hirschey most recently served as a news reporter at WCMH-TV, Columbus, Ohio.

Concordia University Wisconsin, Mequon, promoted Ross Stueber to assistant to the president for governance and planning. Stueber joined Concordia in 1991 and also serves as the director of graduate education at Concordia and as the part-time executive director for the Association of Lutheran Secondary Schools.

Sherry Etes, co-owner of Uncorkt… Wine All You Want!, Racine, joined the board of directors of the Downtown Racine Corp., Racine. Etes will represent downtown retailers. Emile Mathis owner of Mathis Gallery & Framing, Racine and Jane Fogle, owner of Fired Up! Racine, joined the board to represent downtown property owners. Tami Bellis, a human resources manager at CNH Capital America, Racine and Dr. James Gierahn  of All Saints Health Care, Racine joined the board to represent corporate sponsors. Howard Tarnoff, co-owner of Pastiche, Racine and Sandra Kontra joined the board as members at large.

Johnson Bank, Racine, promoted Robert Bell to senior vice president and commercial market manager for Milwaukee and Kevin Flood to vice president and commercial market manager for Waukesha. Bell joined Johnson Bank in 1992 and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hobart College. Flood joined the bank in 1998 and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from UW-La Crosse.

Johnson Financial Group, Racine, promoted Joan Iorio to vice president of human resources. Iorio has worked for Johnson Financial Group for 29 years. She joined the human resources department in 1988.

Acuity, Sheboygan, promoted Lisa Holzwart to commercial lines staff underwriter; Jeannine Huguet to senior commercial field underwriter; Lucas Schulte to commercial field underwriter; Chris Hoffman to senior systems architect and Robert Prochaska, Matthew Schmitz, Peter Lohmier and Steve Riebe to senior programmer analyst positions.

The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, Brookfield, hired Roger Bong as director of human resources and risk management and promoted Sally Chappell to senior administrative assistant and Gary Waters to director of facilities, management and office services. Chappell previously served as an administrative assistant and Waters previously served as associate director of printing.

Wauwatosa Savings Bank, Wauwatosa, hired Rebecca Arndt as vice president of retail banking; Todd Cruciani as vice president of consumer lending and Mark Gerke as corporate controller. Arndt has more than 15 years of experience in banking. Cruciani has more than 20 years of experience in financial services.
 
Shorewest Realtors, Brookfield, hired Jerry Plato in the Northshore office and James Breber in the Lake Country office. Plato has eight years of experience in the real estate industry. Breber has been a licensed broker in Wisconsin for 25 years.

Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin, Milwaukee, promoted Tony Colvin to vice president of the tenant representation team. Colvin joined Mid-America in 2001. Prior to joining the company, Colvin served as a loan originator for Ideal Financial Services, Brookfield.

World Class Wire & Cable, Waukesha, promoted Ron Guess to customer development executive for World Class Wire & Cable and membership director for World Class Health & Fitness. Jackie Schoonover joined World Class Wire & Cable as executive administrative assistant in corporate communications.

Security Insurance Services, New Berlin, hired Crystal Hammes as an employee benefits consultant and Bob Flath as a commercial account executive. Flath will focus on property/casualty and surety accounts.

Mary Murphy joined the Brookfield office of Suby, Von Haden & Associates (SVA), Madison, as senior staff accountant in the tax and manufacturing groups. Murphy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lakeland College.
